Here are some plots showing the number of jets in two categories:

Red: Number of taggable jets

Blue: Number of taggable jets with at least one good track from the P.V.

This is to examine whether we can tell if there are jets from other vertices getting into
our jet list. This has implications for when we are looking at the mistag matrix, because the
rate that we want is the number of positive tags over the number of jets, both of which
are from the highest sum pt z vertex. However, if there are many jets that come from other
interactions, the total number of jets will increase while the number of tags should increase
much more slowly. Thus, the apparent tag rate (N+/Njet) will decrease, although
the actual tag rate (N+/Njet from highest P.V.) should not.

I also have the number of z vertices, plus the average number of z vertices versus luminosity.

Number of jets
for each z vertex bin.

Number of z vertices, also versus lum.
