The typo that we found is
page 4, line 13
(or 3rd line in 2nd para)
f-em = ... < 0.9  --> \le 0.9 to be consistent with Table 1.

I haven't received any further comments from members in our group.
And I have read the responses for our physics questions.
We are satisfied.
